Plastic Housing Cream Beige for Mercedes R129 Interior Light
This plastic housing for the Mercedes R129 interior light is designed with quality and authenticity in mind. Unlike cheap 3D-printed versions, our housing is produced using a professional injection moulding process. It is made from impact-resistant ABS plastic and features the original surface texture.
Scope of Delivery
Delivery includes the plastic housing only, without electronics or bulbs. Matching interior lights are optionally available in our shop.
Installation Guide
- Remove the temperature sensor by loosening 3 screws and the plug connection. Unclip the lighting cables on the left and right side.
- Unclip the interior light switches (unlock at 3 positions each).
- Unclip the speaker cover and set it aside with the speaker.
- Disconnect the lamp connectors of the reading lights.
- Remove the reading lights from the front side.
- The inner part is plastic-welded to the outer cover at 6 points. Carefully separate with a flat tool. On the left and right side, parts are lightly glued – also carefully release.
- By pressing from the front side (through the reading light openings), both parts can now be separated completely.
